Although not all qualified builders in our area belong to the UYBA, the association is expanding to include reputable builders, suppliers, sub-contractors, realtors, and financial institutions.

Every member of the UYBA is proud of their excellent reputation here, established over the years. Association members recommend that construction should meet or exceed Uniform Building Codes, and mechanical codes, even in rural areas outside the jurisdiction of such codes.
